All of my tutorials require a working knowledge of PSP! This tutorial was written by me on August 3,2010. It is of my own ideas and creation! Any other tutorials found to be similar is coincidental.

Supplies Needed
Scrapkit of Choice
I'm using a Wonderful kit called Playtoy made by,Missy aka Scraps With Attitude. This is a PTU kit that is cannot supply. You can grab this awesome kit here

Tube of Choice
I'm using the Wonderful work of Keith Garvey. You must have a license to use his work! You can purchase that here

Let's Begin
Open new image 600x600,Flood fill white.
Open paper6 in psp.
Change your Background color to paper6 under the pattern tab.
Change your fill color to H: 242,S: 189.
Now under your preset shapes,find eclipse.
Change the width to 5.00.
Draw out 1 large circle and 2 smaller ones like mine.
Convert to raster,Add dropshadow of choice.
Now find your rectangle tool,Change the settings to these.
Horizontal Radius: 22.00
Vertical Radius:26.00
You can mess around with the settings if your want it more rounded or more square.
Now draw out 3 rectangle shapes like mine.
Convert to raster layer,Add dropshadow of choice.
Copy and paste tube of choice,Resize 80-90%.
Add dropshadow of choice,and place to your liking.
Copy and paste Barbwire,Resize to your liking,Place on top of the top rectangle.
Add dropshadow,Duplicate,Move to the top of the bottom rectangle.
Copy and paste HeartsonString,Resize 30%,Place on the Left side of the circles.
Copy and paste PinnedHeart1,Resize 30%,Place on the right side of the Circles.
Copy and paste Wordart1,Resize 70 or 80%,Place at the bottom of your tube.
Click inside each letter of Playboy using your magic wand tool.
Open PinnedHeart1 in psp.
Find your Clone Tool.
Right click on the PinnedHeart,any place you like.
Now go back to your tag,and use your left mouse button to paint on the words or color onto the wordart.
Selections,Select none.
Copy and paste paper2,Apply mask of choice.
Merge Group on mask layer.
Add Your Name and CopyRight Info!!
All done.
