Let's Begin
Open new image 600x600.
Copy and paste Frame3.
Copy and paste closeup tube of choice,place inside frame.
Merge frame and closeup tube together.
Image,Rotate,Free Rotate, 14.00,Left.
Copy and paste tube of choice,Resize 95%,place on the right of the frame.
Add dropshadow of choice.
Open ribbon2 in psp.
Image,Rotate,Rotate clockwise.
Copy and paste ribbon2,Place along the bottom of the frame and your tube.
Add dropshadow of choice,Resize to your liking.
Copy and paste hat,Resize around 45%.
Place next to your tube like mine,add dropshadow.
Copy and paste trail2,Resize around 65%.
Rotate using your deform tool.
Adjust,Sharpness,Sharpen.
Add dropshadow of choice,Place down by the hat.
Copy and paste Mask3,Resize around 45%.
Place at the bottom left side of the frame.
Image,Rotate,Free Rotate 14.00,Left,Add dropshadow of choice.
Copy and paste Mask1,Image,Rotate,Free Rotate 14.00,Right.Adjust,Sharpness,Sharpen.
Add dropshadow and place like mine or to your liking.
Copy and paste firework2,Resize 65%,Place behind your tube,add dropshadow.
Copy and paste firework1,Resize 65%,Place behind the frame layer,add dropshadow.
Copy and paste 2 papers of choice below all layers.
Apply the same mask on each paper.
Merge group on mask layer,Take your deform tool and make the top mask layer smaller.
Copy and paste Sparkles,Place across the frame.
Take your Eraser tool and remove the sparkles covering the tube on the right.
Add your name and copyright info.
All done.

Place on the left side of the grassyknoll,Add dropshadow.

Copy and paste tube of choice,Resize 85%,Add dropshadow.

Place tube on the right side of the tree.

Copy and paste 2 birds of choice,Resize 30%.

Place one on the top of the tree trunk like mine,and the other on the cloud.

Add dropshadow to both.

Copy and paste Leaves behind the tree but in front of the clouds,Resize 64%.

Add dropshadow,and see mine for placement.

Copy and paste dragonfly1,Resize 35-45%,Place to your liking and add a dropshadow.

Copy and paste Flowerbow1,Resize 25-30%,place in your tubes hair like mine,Add dropshadow.

Copy and paste paper5b,Apply mask of choice.

Merge group on mask layer.

Now add your name and copyright info.

Merge Visible and save as a PNG.

Use your eraser tool to remove any petals covering your tubes hand.
Add dropshadow of choice.
Duplicate the petals,Image,Mirror.
Copy and paste Lights,Resize to your liking.
Place lights at the top of your tag,Add light dropshadow.
Copy and paste Bow,Resize 20-25%,Place on the mug like mine,Add dropshadow of choice.
Copy and paste Paper24 below all layers.
Apply mask of choice,Merge group on mask layer.

Copy and paste paper17 and hit delete on your keyboard.

Selections,Select none.

Move paper below the frame layer.

Copy and paste Close up tube of choice,Resize 75%.

Place to your liking in the frame.

Take your magic wand and click inside the heart,pay attention around the wrap.

Selections,Modify,Expand by 2.

Selections,Invert.

Highlight the closeup tube and hit delete on your keyboard.

Add dropshadow to the tube.

Copy and paste diamondswirl,Resize 45%.

Merge the frame,paper,closeup tube,diamondswirl together.

Copy and paste clusterglitter,Resize around 45%.

Move behind the frame layer,add a light dropshadow.

Copy and paste another tube of choice,Resize 85%.

Place on the right side of the frame,add dropshadow.

Open paper11 in your psp.

Click on your background color,then pattern tab.

Find paper11 in the pattern section and hit ok.

Make your foreground color black.

Find your rectangle preset shape.

Change Horizontal Radius to 4.00 and Vertical Radius to 8.00.

Draw out a few rectangles,See mine for reference.

Move the rectangles below the frame layer but above the clusteredglitter.

Copy and paste String1,Resize 45%,See mine for placment and add a dropshadow.

Copy and paste Wordlabel1,Resize 35 to 45%.

Image,Rotate,Free Rotate,13.00,Right.

Adjust,Sharpness,Sharpen.

Place at the bottom of your tube layer and add a dropshadow.

Copy and paste StitchedStar,Resize to your liking,Place on the corner of the wordlabel.

Duplicate,Move the original below the label.

Take your eraser tool and on the copy of the star,remove the part that is hanging over the frame at the top of the label,See mine for reference.

Copy and paste dangle2,Resize 45%,See mine for placement,Add light dropshadow.

Copy and paste bow2,Resize 35%,Place on the dangle2,Add dropshadow.

Copy and paste curledribbon,place on the right side of the label.

Duplicate,Move the original under the label.

Take your eraser tool again and remove the parts hanging over the label on the copy of the curledribbon.

Add dropshdaow of choice.

Now add your name and copyright info!

Save as apng and your done.

Let's Begin

Open Template 17 in your psp

.Open paper11 in your psp.

Double Click on your background color,then click on the pattern tab.

Find paper11,then hit ok.

Make your foreground color null.

Highlight black rectangle 1,2.

Click inside each reactangle using your magic wand tool.

Flood Fill with paper11 on both rectangles.

Selection,Select none.

Now Click on the white rectangle to highlight that layer.

Take your magic wand tool and click inside.

Open paper5 in your psp and located it in your patterns same as above.

Flood fill this layer with paper5.

Selections,Select none.

Do the same as above on the pink rectangle layer,but this time find paper3 and fill with that.

Selections,Select none.

Copy and paste Close up tube of choice,Resize 80%.

Double click on the closeup tube layer.

Change the Blend Mode to Screen and the Opacity to 70%.

Highlight the stars on the template.

Selections,float,Defloat.

Flood fill with color from your tube.

Selections,Select none.

Change the color on the ME wordart to a color from your tube and then add a dropshadow.

Copy and paste Leave01,Resize 80% or to your liking.

Place on the right side of the template like mine.

Add dropshadow.

Copy and paste Shoe2,Resize 45% or to your liking.

Place on the right like mine,Add dropshadow.

Open the Kiss Me I'm Irish Template.

Hide the lips and the bg layer.

Open paper5 in your psp.

Click on your background color,then your pattern tab and find the paper.

Hit ok.

Make your foreground color null.

Now click on the oval frame layer with your magic wand tool.

Selections,Modify,Expand by 2.

Flood fill this layer with paper5.

Selections,Select none.

Now find your closeup tube of choice.

Copy and paste on to the canvas.

Resize 80%.

Copy and paste Rainbow,Resize to your liking,Place in the frame like mine.

Once happy with placement,Click on the oval frame layer again with your magic wand tool.

Selections,Modify,Expand by 2.

Selections,Invert.

Now highlight your close up tube and hit delete on your keyboard.

Do the same thing for the rainbow.

Highlight your closeup tube,Double click on the layer.

Change the Blend Mode to screen.

Hit ok.Selections,Select none.

Copy and paste your 2nd tube of choice,Resize 85%.

Place like mine and add a dropshadow of choice.

Copy and paste Spiral,Resize around 75%,Move behind the template,Add dropshadow.

Copy and paste Clovers,Resize around 20%.

Move to the right side of the frame.

Copy and paste GreenBeer,Resize 15%,Place below the clovers.

Add dropshadow.

Copy and paste Shoe,Resize 15 or 20%.

Place in front of the freenbeer like mine,add dropshadow.

Copy and paste Clover Charm,Resize around 15 or 20%.

Image,Rotate,Free Rotate,13.00,Left.

Add a light dropshadow and place like mine.

Copy and paste Tag,Resize 20%.

Place on the clovercharm,add light dropshadow.

Copy and paste Butterfly,Resize 15%.

Place on the close up tube hat and add a dropshadow.

Copy and paste Clover Shower,Resize to your liking.

Place like mine,You may have to use your eraser tool to remove some that cover your tubes.

Add a dropshadow.

Copy and paste paper10 below all layers.

Apply a mask of choice,make sure your merge group on the mask layer.

Now undhide the lips.

Resize to your liking,and place where you like.

(I placed one on the tag with some writing)

Add Your Name and Copyright Info now!

Save as a png and your done.

Open new image 600x600.

Choose a paper of your choice and make it your background color.

Choose a purple color from the kit and make that your foreground color.

Find your Eclipse tool and draw out a circle the size of mine.

Take your magic wand tool,and click on the purple line around your circle.

Adjust,Add/Remove Noise,Add Noise with these settings.

Gaussian checked.

Monochrome checked.

Noise 45%.

Now choose another paper of choice and make this one your background color.

Choose a green color from the frog and make this your foreground color.

Find the rectangle in your preset shapes.

Draw out 2 rectangles,see mine for example.

Duplicate the rectangle layer,and move down.

Add dropshadow to both sets of rectangles.

Copy and paste tube of choice,Resize around 80%.

Place to your liking in the circle.

Highlight the circle layer,selections,select all,Float,Defloat.

Take your Eraser tool and remove the bottom part of the tube that is hanging out of the circle.

Selections,Select none.

Now move your tube up slightly,so it's above the purple line on the circle.

(See mine for example).

Add dropshadow to your tube.

Open HeartSpill in your psp.

Image,Rotate,Rotate Clockwise.

Copy and paste behind the circle layer.

Copy and pastedecoheart1,Resize to your liking.

Place behind your tube layer.

Image,Rotate,Free Rotate 15.00,Right.

Copy and paste foliage1,Resize again to your liking.

Place like mine,Duplicate,Image,Mirror.

Copy and paste flower2,flower3 and resize around 45%.

Place to your liking,Image,Rotate,Free Rotate 13.00,Left.

Add dropshadow to both flowers.

Copy and paste mushroom,Resize around 35% or to your liking.

Place on the bottom left side of tag,Add dropshadow.

Copy and paste frog,Resize around 35-40%.

Place in front on the mushroom and add dropshadow.Copy and paste Kite,Resize to your liking and place like mine and add a dropshadow.Copy and

paste Lighteningbug,Resize around 40-45%.

Rotate a little to the left,add light dropshadow and place at the top of the tag.

Copy and paste Flowerpuffs,Resize to your liking and place where you like.

Copy and paste silverflower,Resize around15-20%.

Duplicate this flower a few times and place in various spots.

Copy and paste a paper of choice,Apply a mask of choice.

Merge group on mask layer.

Now Add your name and copyright info!!

Let's Begin

Open new image 600x250

I'm using the font IMPACT.

Set your font size to 85.

Change your foreground color to Red,and the stroke to 3.

Background color null.

Type out in upper case letters RESOLUTIONS.

Now take your Deform Tool and move the wording in a little.

Take your Deform tool again an stretch it out so it looks taller.

Click inside different letters with your magic wand tool.

Selections,Modify,Expand by 2.

New raster Layer.

Flood fill with black.

Selections,Select none.

Now on the letters you didn't add black too,grab your magic wand tool and do the same as above but with a different color.

Selections,Select none.

Now choose 2 closeup tubes of choice.

Resize to around 70%.

Place to your liking in the letters.

Take your magic wand tool and only click on the letters that have the tubes in it.

Selections,Modify,Expand by 1.

Selections,Invert.

On each tube layer hit delete on your keyboard.

Selections,Select none.

Now choose 2 fireworks..i chose 2,3.

Resize 40%,Place like mine and do the same as above with your magic wand tool.

Copy and paste Design,Resize to your liking,place like mine.

Copy and paste Bow2,Resize to your liking,Place on the right side of the word.

Copy and paste Leaves,Resize 40%,Place at the bottom of the word like mine.

Copy and paste mask,Resize 20%,Place on the leaves.

Copy and paste Ribbons,Resize to your liking or around 20 or 30%.

Take your deform tool and rotate the ribbons.

Adjust,Sharpness,Sharpen.

Move behind mask,Duplicate the ribbon,Image,Mirror.

Copy and paste Champagne,Resize to your liking,Place like mine.

Copy and paste Tab,Resize 20 or 30%.

Type out your name on the tab.

Place to your liking and rotate if needed.

Add your Copyright info.

Save as a png and your all done.

Let's Begin

Open new image 600x600.

Copy and paste Frame4,Resize around 40%.

Image,Rotate,Free Rotate,15.00,Left.

Copy and paste Paper6,Resize 30%,Move below frame.

Image,Rotate,Free Rotate,15.00,Left.

Use eraser tool to remove any part of the paper that is hanging out of the frame.

Copy and paste Frame2,Resize 40%.

Copy and paste Tube of choice,Resize 90%.

Place to your liking on the frame.

Once happy with placement,Duplicate,Move the original below the frame4 layer.

On the duplicated tube layer,Take your Eraser tool and remove any part hanging in front of the frame.

Remove any part of the bottom tube hanging under the frame as well.

Add dropshadow to the duplicated tube layer.

Copy and paste GlitterMask,Resize to your liking,Place below frame2.

Copy and paste Pine,Resize to your liking.

Place on the bottom left side of frame4.

Duplicate,Image,Mirror,Move into place on the other side of frame4.

Copy and paste Flower,Resize 20%,or smaller if you like.

Place on top of pine on the left side,Add dropshadow.

Copy and paste Flowers,Resize 15 or 20%.

Place on the bottom left side of frame4.

Duplicate,Image,Mirror,Move into place.

Copy and paste Candle,Resize around 30%.

See mine for placement.

Copy and paste Tree,Resize to your liking.

Place behind the candle,see mine for example.

Copy and paste Pressie,Resize 15 or 20%.

Place in the bottom center of frame,Add dropshadow.

Copy and paste Ornament1,Resize 15%.

Image,Rotate,Free Rotate, 20.00,Left.

Place next to pressie,Add light dropshadow.

Copy and paste MistleToe,Resize again to your liking.

Place on the top left corner of frame4,Add dropshadow of choice.

Pick a paper of choice,or use the same as me.

I'm using paper8.

Double click on your background color.

Under the pattern tab,find paper8 and hit ok.

Change your foreground color to medium red.

Find your Rectangle tool under your preset shapes.

Use these settings...

*Create on Vector checked*

*Horizontal Radius,4.00*

*Vertical Radius,6.00*

*Width,5.00*

Now draw out a few thin boxes,See mine for examples.

Once your done drawing out the boxes.

Take your magic wand tool and click on the red part of the boxes you just drew out.

Adjust,Add/Remove Noise,Add Noise.

Uniform checked.

Monochrome Checked.

Noise,50%.

Do that for each box you drew.

Now find your eclipse tool.

Change the width to 6.00.

Draw out a nice size circle,See mine for reference.

Add Noise to the red around the circle as well.

Now Add Your Name and CopyRight Info!!

Open new image 600x600.

Copy and paste Frame3,Resize 60%.

Copy and paste paper12 or one you like.

Resize 50%.

Take your magic wand tool and click on the inside of the frame.

Selections,Modify,Expand by 3.

Selections,Invert.

On the paper layer hit delete on your keyboard.

Selections,Select none.

Move the paper below your frame layer.

Copy and paste tube of choice,Resize to your liking.

Once happy with placement,Duplicate the tube layer.

Move the original layer below the frame but above the paper layer.

Take your Eraser Tool and remove the bottom part of the tube that is hanging over the bottom of the frame.

Erase any part of the tube on the original layer that is hanging out of the bottom of the frame.

Add dropshadow of choice to the original layer of the tube.

Copy and paste BloodyLeaves,Resize 40%.

Place at the bottom of the frame like mine.

Add a dropshadow of choice.

Copy and paste ScissorsWrapped,Resize 40%.

Add dropshadow.

Copy and paste Crow,Resize 30%,Place on the bloodyLeaves like mine.

Add dropshadow of choice.

Copy and paste Ribbon3,Take your deform tool and rotate the ribbon.

Place on the right side of the frame,Add dropshadow.

Copy and paste Drink,Resize to your liking.

Place like mine.

Copy and paste Bow1,Resize to your liking.

Resize to your liking,Place on the drink,Add dropshadow of choice.

Copy and paste paper15,Place below the other paper layer.

Apply mask of choice,Merge Group on mask layer.

Add Your Name and CopyRight Info!!

Copy and paste CobWeb,Resize 50%,Place ont he frame like mine.

Copy and paste Bat,Resize 40%,Place like mine and add a dropshadow.

Copy and paste Tree1,Resize 55%.

Place on the right side of the frame,Add dropshadow.

Copy and paste Moon,Resize to your liking,Place like mine is.

Add dropshadow of choice.

Copy and paste tube of choice,Resize if needed.

Add dropshadow and place like mine.

Copy and paste Broom,Resize 45%.

Image,Mirror.

Add dropshadow and place to ur liking.

Copy and paste Cat,Resize 30 or 35%.

Place at the bottom of your tube,Add dropshadow.

Copy and paste Paper6,Apply mask of choice.

Merge Group on mask layer and move below all other layers.

Add Your Name and Copyright info!

Save as a PNG,all done.
