All of my tutorials require a working knowledge of PSP! This tutorial was written by me on September 20,2010. It is of my own ideas and creation! Any other tutorials found to be similar is coincidental.
Supplies Needed
Scrapkit of Choice
I'm using a Wonderful kit called Cryptic Corner,made by Gothic Inspirations. This is a PTU kit. You can grab this awesome kit here
Tube of Choice
I'm using the Wonderful work of Ismael Rac. You must have a license to use his work! You can purchase that here
Let's Begin
Open new image 600x600,Flood fill white.
Copy and paste Brick,Resize 70%.
Place on left side of the canvas.
Duplicate,Image,Mirror.
Copy and paste Frame3,Resize 60% or to your liking.
Take your magic wand tool,Click on the inside of the frame.
Selections,Modify,Expand by 4.
Selections,Invert.
Copy and paste Closeup Tube of choice,Resize to your liking.
Place in frame.
Once happy with placement,Hit delete on your keyboard.
Selections,Select none.
Move tube below frame layer.
Hide the closeup tube for a moment.
Open paper2 in your psp.
Resize this paper to 500x500 pixels.
Take your magic wand again,Click on the inside of the frame.
Selections,Modify,Expand by 4.
Selections,Invert.
Copy and paste paper2,Place over the frame.
Hit delete on your keyboard.
Selections,Select none.
Move paper below Closeup tube and frame layer.
Unhide your closeup tube layer.
Change the Opacity on your Close up tube.
Once happy,Merge the tube,paper and frame layer together.
Rotate,Free Rotate with these settings.
*Right.
*Free: 10.00.
*All Layers-Unchecked.
Add a dropshadow of choice.
Copy and paste Gears,Resize around 60 or 70%.
Place behind the frame on the bottom right corner,(See mine for reference).
Add Dropshadow,Duplicate,Move this one to the top left corner,(Again see mine for reference).
Copy and paste Smoke,Resize 60%,Place on the bottom of the frame.
Rotate,Free Rotate with these settings.
*Right.
*Free: 10.00.
*All Layers-Unchecked.
Take your Eraser Tool and remove the parts hanging over the frame.
Copy and paste Pathway,Resize to your liking.
(See mine for placement).
Copy and paste Tube of choice,Resize 80%.
Place on the pathway,Add dropshadow.
Copy and paste Crow,Resize 30%.
Image,Mirror,Place by the bottom of your tube,add dropshadow.
Copy and paste Time,Resize 20 or 30%,Place at the bottom of frame on the right.
Rotate,Free Rotate with these settings.
*Right.
*Free: 10.00.
*All Layers-Unchecked.
Add dropshadow of choice.
Copy and paste mesh behind your frame layer.
Resize 60%.Rotate,Free Rotate with these settings.
*Right.
*Free: 10.00.
*All Layers-Unchecked.
Take your Eraser Tool and remove parts of the mesh,(See mine for reference).
Copy and paste Web,Resize 30 or 40%,Place down on the bottom right Gear.
Take your Eraser tool and remove any parts hanging out of the gear and over the time.
Copy and paste Spider,Resize 20%,Place on the web.
Copy and paste Spider again,Resize 30 or 40%.
Image,Mirror,Place on top left corner of Gear.
Copy and paste Paper1,Apply mask of choice.
Merge Group on mask layer.
Now Add Your Name and CopyRight Info!
Delete white background and Merger all layers Visible.
Save as a PNG,All done.

With Love from Paris

Supplies Needed
Scrapkit of Choice

Tube of Choice
Let's Begin
Open new image 600x600,Flood fill white.
Copy and paste Frame1,Resize 60% or smaller if you want.
Open paper05 in psp.
Under you background color,Click on the pattern tab.
Locate paper05 and hit ok.
Take your Magic wand tool and click on the inside of the frame.
Selections,Modify,Expand by 3.
New Raster Layer,Flood fill this layer with paper05.
Selections,Select none.
Move this layer below your frame layer.
Copy and paste hearts,Resize 30%.
Place like mine and add a dropshadow.
Copy and paste bistroset,Resize around 30%.
Place like mine and add a light dropshadow.
Merge the frame,heart,paper,bistroset together.
Image,Rotate,Free Rotate with these settings.
*Left.
*Free 9.00.
*All Layers Unchecked.
Hit ok.
Adjust,Sharpness,Sharpen.
Now add a dropshadow to this layer.
Open Flower2 in psp.
Image,Rotate,Rotate CounterClockwise.
Copy and paste onto canvas,Resize to your liking.
Place at the bottom of the frame like mine.
Copy and paste Ribbon3,Resize to your liking.
See mine for placement,and rotate using the same settings above.
Adjust,Sharpness,Sharpen.
Add a light dropshadow.
On the flower2 layer,Duplicate.
Move the original below the ribbon3 layer.
Take your Eraser tool and remove the stem that is hanging over the flower on the ribbon on the duplicated layer.
Add dropshadow to duplicated flower.
Copy and paste Paintsmearwordart,Resize to your liking.
Place on the frame like mine.
Copy and paste doodle,Resize to your liking once again.
Rotate this element using the setting we used for the frame.
Place on top of frame like mine,Add dropshadow.
Copy and paste umbrella,Resize around 30%.
Place like mine and add a dropshadow.
Copy and paste lantern,Resize around 25 or 30%.
Place on the left side of frame like mine,Add dropshadow of choice.
Copy and paste bow1,Resize 30%,Place on top of lantern like mine.
Add a light dropshadow of choice.
Copy and paste paper04,Move below all other layers but above white background.
Apply mask of choice.
Now pick your font and type out With Love from Paris.
Rotate using the same settings that was used on the frame.
Place like mine on the frame.
Add your Name and any copyright info if you used a tube now.
Delete the white background and save as a png.
All done.
