Open new image 600x500,Flood fill white
Find the frame5,copy and paste Resize 95%
Now Pick 2 papers of choice,copy and paste
Resize 65%On your First paper,Image,Rotate,Free Rotate 15.00 Left
On you 2nd paper,Image,Rotate,Free Rotate 15.00 Right
Find your picture or tube,copy and paste
Find your picture or tube,copy and paste
Resize add needed
Use your deform tool to make your image fit in the frame
Add another picture and do the same
Pick your wordart,copy and paste
Add another picture and do the same
Pick your wordart,copy and paste
Resize 65%
Effects,eyecandy 4000,gradient glow with these settings
Basic~ 3.75,0,100 Color~ White,100
Find the beadedstring2,copy and paste

Resize if needed
Add a light dropshadow

Place on bottom right side of frame
