Flood fill white
Copy and paste tube of choice
Resize 90%
Add dropshadow
Copy and paste Heart5
Resize 50%
Add dropshadow
Copy and paste Heart3
Resize 50%
Image,Rotate,Free Rotate 20.00 Left
Add a dropshadow of choice
Copy and paste deco
Resize 50%(See mine for placement)
Add a dropshadow of choice
Copy and paste flower5
Resize 20%
Place at the top of deco

Apply mask of choice,Merge group
