All of my tutorials require a working knowledge of PSP! This tutorial was written by

Supplies Needed
Scrapkit of Choice
I'm using a Wonderful kit called Black & White Collection:Yellow,made by Rieneke
Designs. This is a PTU kit i cannot supply. You can purchase her kit here

Tube of Choice
I'm using the Wonderful work of Keith Garvey. You must have a license to usehis

Mask of Choice
Animation ShopPlugins-Eye Candy 4000 HSB Noise
Let's Begin
Open new image 600x600,Flood fill white
Copy and paste framestitch1,Resize 40%,Move to the left and up a bit
Copy and paste tube of choice,Resize 80%,Add dropshadow
Duplicate the frame,Image,Mirror,Merge these 2 frames together
Take your magic wand,click inside each frame
Copy and paste paper15,Resize 70%
Highlight the frame layer again,Selections,Invert
Highlight the paper layer,Hit delete on your keyboard
Move this layer below the frame layer
Copy and paste paper4 below the frame and paper15 layer,Resize 70%
Apply mask of choice,Merge group on mask layer
Take your deform tool and stretch the mask out to the sides of the frames
Copy and paste paper8,Resize 70%,Apply another mask of choice,Merge group on mask

Copy and paste the same tube as before,do not resize it
Place to your liking inside the frame,Duplicate,place in the other frame
Once happy with placement
Take your magic wand tool and click on the inside of each frame,Selections,Invert
Highlight each tube,Hit delete on your keyboard
Change the Opacity on each tube in the frames to 50%
Copy and paste flowerclip1,Resize 40%
Take your deform tool and rotate to the right,(See mine for placement)
Copy and paste flowerclip2,Resize 40%
Take your deform tool again and rotate to the left,(See mine for placement)
Add a light dropshadow to both
Copy and paste heartstring1,Resize 30%,Add a dropshadow
Place on the side of the frame on the left,Duplicate,Image,Mirror
Copy and paste b1,Resize 20%,Place to your liking,Add dropshadow
Duplicate,Image,Mirror
Add your name and copyright info!
Time to Animate!!
Highlight the black paper that is inside the frame,Click on both with your magic
wand tool
Apply the plugin eyecandy4000 HSB Noise with these settings
1,30,25,0,42.00,42.00,smooth lumpsseamless tile checkedRandom seed: 795
Hit okSelections,Select none
Copy Merge over to Animation ShopPaste as new animation
Back to PSP hit undo 2x's,Effects,Plugins,eyecandy hsb noise,hit random seed 2x's
Copy merge over to Animation shop,Paste after current animation
Do the same thing as above again only this time hitting the random seed button 2x's
In animation shop go to Edit,Select all
Animation,Frame Properties,change the frame speed to 55 and hit ok
View your animation by clicking on the filmstrip button on the top 2nd button on the
right
right
Once happy with your tag,Save as a gif.
