All of my tutorials require a working knowledge of PSP! This tutorial was written by me on March 11,2010. It is of my own ideas and creation! Any other tutorials found to be similar is coincidental.

Let's Begin

Open new image 600x600,Flood fill whiteOpen frame 2 in your psp,Image,Rotate,Rotate CounterClockWiseCopy and paste onto canvas,Resize to your liking.Take your Deform tool,and tilt the frame a little.Copy and paste paper5,Move below frame layer.Take your magic wand tool and click inside each part of the frame.Selections,Modify,Expand by 3.Selections,Invert.Highlight paper layer and hit delete on your keyboard.Selections,Select none.Copy and paste Frame4,Resize to your liking.Take your deform tool and tilt it to the left.Place behind your frame and paper5 layer,See mine for reference.Duplicate,Image,Flip. Image,Mirror.Now choose elements of choice and place in the frame like mine.Add dropshadow.Copy and paste flower5,Resize 35%,Place like mine,Add dropshadow.Copy and paste Heart1,Resize to your liking,Hang on the frame like mine,Add dropshadow.Copy and paste Glitter,Resize 65%,Place behind all layers but above the white background.Copy and paste Jewel2,Resize to your liking. Place at the bottom of the frame.Add dropshadow.Copy and paste Flower4,Resize again to your liking. Place by the jewel,Add dropshadow.Copy and paste tube of choice,Resize 85%,See mine for placement.Add dropshadow.Copy and paste Wordart2,Resize 60%,Place at the bottom of your tube,Add dropshadow.Copy and paste paper14,Apply mask of choice.Merge group on mask layer.Move this layer below the glitter layer.Now Add Your Name and CopyRight Info!!All done.
