All of my tutorials require a working knowledge of PSP! This tutorial was written by me on July 2,2010. It is of my own ideas and creation! Any other tutorials found to be similar is coincidental.
Supplies Needed
Scrapkit of Choice
I'm using a Wonderful kit called Boom! Freedom Of Expression,made by Gothic Inspirations. This is a PTU kit i cannot supply. You can grab this awesome kit here
Tube of Choice
I'm using the Wonderful work of Keith Garvey. You must have a license to use his work! You can purchase that here
Plugins-AAA Frame-Foto Frame
Let's Begin
Open new image 600x250,Flood fill white.
Copy and paste Paper13,Resize 85%.
Copy and paste Tule,Move to the right side of the canvas.
Resize to your liking,Once happy with placement,Duplicate,Image,Mirror.
Copy and paste RedSpill,Resize to your liking,Add dropshadow.
Move this to the right side of canvas,Duplicate,Image,Mirror.
Copy and paste MetalStars,Resize to your liking.
Move to the right side,Once happy with placement.Duplicate,Image,Mirror.
Move this one a little to make it different.
Copy and paste Rockets,Resize to your liking.
Image,Rotate,Free Rotate, 20.00,Left.
Add dropshadow,Duplicate,Image,Mirror.
Place like mine.
Copy and paste Flag,Resize 60%.
Image,Rotate,Free Rotate, 20.00,Left.
See mine for placement,add dropshadow.
Copy and paste Tube of choice.
Resize 90%,Place in center of rockets and add a dropshadow.
Copy and paste Fireworks1,Resize 30% or around that.
Place at the bottom left of tag.
Duplicate and move to the upper right corner of tag.
Copy and paste Bubble,Resize 30-40%.
Place in the top left jand corner of tag.
Duplicate,Move to bottom right corner.
Copy and paste SafetyPin,Resize to your liking.
Place like mine and add dropshadow.
Copy and paste string,Resize to your liking,Place at bottom left.

Duplicate,Move to the right.
Merge these 2 layers together,add dropshadow.
Merge all layers together.
Effects,Plugins,AAA Frames-Foto Frame with these settings.
Change the Width to: 4
Hit ok
Now Add Your Name and CopyRight Info.
