Supplies Needed
Scrapkit of Choice
I'm using a Awesome kit called Bratz made by Justine. You can purchase her kit here
Tube of
using the Wonderful work of CEI HalfPints. You must have a license to use their work! You can purchase that here
Let's Begin
Open new image 600x600Flood fill white
Open the Blank frame in psp
Click on Raster 2
Image,Rotate,Rotate ClockWise 90
Copy and paste as new layer onto your white canvas
Move to the bottom Right of the canvas
Copy and paste the round blank frame
Move toward top Left corner of blank frame
Copy and paste a paper of choice
Highlight the rectangle frame
Using your magic wand tool
Click on the inside of the frame
Selections,Modify,Expand by 1
Selections,Invert
Highlight your paper layer
Hit delete on your keyboard
Selections,Select none
Move paper below rectangle frame
Copy and paste another paper of choice
Do the same as above for the circled frame
Add a dropshadow of choice to both frames
Copy and paste tube of choice
Resize if needed
Using your magic wand tool again
Click on the inside of the rectangle frame
Selections,Modify,Expand by 12
Selections,Invert
Highlight your tube of choice
Hit delete on your keyboard
Selections,Select none
Move tube below frame
Do the Same thing as above on the round
a dropshadow of choice to both tubes
Copy and paste R3
Resize 50%
Image,Mirror
Place across the bottom of the rectangle frame
You should have some extra hanging over the left side
Take your selection tool and remove the access hanging over on the left side
Copy and paste Flower3
Resize 40%
Place on rectangle frame
add dropshadow of choice
Duplicate,Image Mirror
Move over to the right side of the frame
Copy and paste the blue glitter splatter
Place behind the frame and paper on the rectangle frame
Do the same thing with the pink glitter splatter

Copy and paste the beaded string
Resize 50%
Place on the bottom of the round frame
Add a dropshadow of choice
Copy and paste the Bratz wireword
Add a white dropshadow a few times
Place to your liking
Copy and paste the tag2
Resize 40%
Place it on the beaded string
Add a dropshadow of choice
Copy and paste bottle cap of choice
Resize 40%
Place to your liking
Copy and paste the blue butterfly or one of choice
Resize 40%
Place on the left side of the circle frame

Add dropshadow of choice
Add Your Name and CopyRight Info
