Supplies Needed
Scrapkit of Choice
I'm using a Wonderful kit called 2009,made by Jo @ CBJ.You can purchase her kit here
Tube of Choice
I'm using the wonderful work of Barbara Jensen. You must have a license to use her work! You can purchase that here
Plugins-Foto Frame here
Let's Begin
Open new image 600x250
Flood Fill white
Copy and paste paper of choice
Copy and paste paper of choice
Copy and paste tube of choice
Resize if needed
Add a light dropshadow of choice
Copy and paste folded edges
Move up slightly so you can see the design
Move below tube
Duplicate,Image,Mirror
Copy and paste star group
No need to resize
Move below tube and pull to the left
Duplicate,Image,Mirror
Copy and paste balloon5
Resize 30%
Place on left side of tag
(See mine for reference)
Do the same thing for the next balloon
Duplicate both balloons,Image,Mirror
Copy and paste
Resize 30%
Duplicate,Image,Rotate,Free Rotate 22.50,Right
Duplicate both layers
Image,Mirror
Copy and paste CurlyRibbon2
Resize 20%
Place on the bottom of the white balloon
Duplicate,Image,Mirror,Move over onto other balloon
Copy and paste Sequins2
Resize 60%
Place above white background,paper layer but below all other layers
Copy and paste tag3
Resize 10%
Place to your liking
Find the white whistleImage,Rotate,Clockwise
Copy and paste
Resize 20%
Find the red whistle
Find the red whistle
Image,Rotate,CounterClockwise
Copy and paste
Resize 25%
Place on the bottom left of tag
Add any extra elements of your choice
Hide white background,by clicking on the eye
Merge all other layers-visable
Unhide white background
Effects,Plugins,AAA-FotoFrame
Change the width only to 6
Add your Name and CopyRight Info!
All done,Thanks for trying my tutorial!
You can add animation to the tag also,for a little touch!
