Open new image 600x600
Flood fill white
Copy and paste notepaper2
Resize 60%
Image,Rotate,Free Rotate 30.00,Left
Duplicate-Image,Mirror
Copy and paste notepaper1
Resize 60%
Copy and paste tube of choice
Resize by 80%
Place to your liking,Add dropshadow
Copy and paste iraq
Resize 60%
Place on the center notepaper
Copy and paste postmark
Resize 60%
Place to your liking
Copy and paste Stamp
Resize 60%
Image,Rotate,Free Rotate 30.00,Left
Place on the left notepaper
Copy and paste wrap3
Resize 60%
Place on the bottom of the notepaper
