Tube of Choice
I'm using the Wonderful work of Jennifer Janesko. You must have a license to use her work! You can purchase that here

New Image 600x250
Flood Fill White
New Raster layer
New Raster layer
Pick 2 colors from your tube
Find the gradient color of choice in your gradients
Style:1st box
Angle: 45
Repeats: 0
I'm using JBlackNPink
Flood fill your new raster layer with the gradient
Effects,Texture effects,Textures
Add a texture of choice to your gradient fill
Copy and paste Tube of choice
Resize 60%
(If your using the same tube as me)
Add a dropshadow of choice
Copy and paste sparkle3
Resize 30%
Move this layer below your tube
,Image,Mirror
Duplicate 1 more time,and place in the middle

Copy and paste flowerbead
Resize 80%
Place below tube layer
(See mine for reference)
Add a dropshadow of choice
Copy and paste flower4
Resize 30%
Move this layer below the flowerbead layer

Copy and paste dress3
Resize 30%
Move this layer below the flower4 layer
