Supplies Needed
Scrapkit of Choice
I'm using a Beautiful kit called It's a Girl thing, made by Chris @ Katelynn's Designs. This is a PTU kit,you can purchase it here
Tube of Choice
I'm using the Wonderful work of Ismael Rac, You must have a license to use these tubes. You can purchase that here
Mask of Choice-Optional
Wordart of Choice-Optional
Let's Begin
Open new image 600x600
Flood fill white
Copy and paste frame 1
Resize 80%
Copy and paste paper of choice
Move this layer below the frame
Highlight your frame
Grab your magic wand tool
Click on the inside of the frame
Selections,Modify,Expand by 4
Selections,Invert
Highlight the paper layer
Hit delete on your keyboard
Selections,Select none
Copy and paste a close up tube of choice
Place to your liking in the frame
Grab your magic wand tool again
Click on the inside of your frame
Selections,Modify,Expand by 4
Selections,Invert
Highlight your close up tube
Hit delete on your keyboard
Selections,Select none
Move your close up tube below your frame layer
Add a dropshadow of choice to the tube and frame layers
Copy and paste paper_1_2
Paste below all layer but above white background
Add your mask of choice
Merge Group
Copy and paste Accent _1_4
(see mine for placement)
Duplicate this flower 5x's
(See mine for placement)
Copy and paste Accent_1_3
Duplicate 3x's
(See mine for placement)
Copy and paste Accent_2_1
Resize 80%
Place to your liking
Add a dropshadow of choice
Duplicate this layer
Move to the right of the other one
Copy and paste this Accent again
Resize 50%
Place next to the other ones
Add a dropshadow
Copy and paste the brad_2
Place on the circle of the accent
Resize 50%
Duplicate,place this one on the next one over
Copy and paste the brad_2 again
Resize 30%
Place on the 3rd accent
Copy and paste the Accent_5_3
Resize 50%
Place on bottom right side of tag
Duplicate,Image,Mirror
Move the duplicated layer over to the other one

Copy and paste Accent_3_1
Resize 50%
Place on the frame on the left side
Add any wordart of choice
Add Your Name and CopyRight Info!
