All of my tutorials require a working knowledge of PSP!
This tutorial was written by me on January 17,2009. It is of my own ideas and creation! Any other tutorials found to be similar is coincidental.

Supplies Needed

Scrapkit of Choice

I'm using a Awesome kit called Huggable-Valentine,made by Cindy @ Scrappin with lil ole me. This is a PTU kit,you can purchase it here

Tube of choice

I'm using the Wonderful work of Jessica Dougherty. You must have a license to use her work! You can purchase that here

Mask of Choice

Let's Begin

Open new image 600x600

Flood fill white
Copy and paste yout tube of choice

Resize if needed

Add a light dropshadow to your tube

Copy and paste flower5

Resize 80%

Place behind your tube

Duplicate 3x's and place like mine

Add dropshadow to each of these

Copy and paste p9

Add a mask of choice

Merge your mask group together

Copy and paste flower1

Resize 70%

Move behind your tube and flower5

but above the mask layer

Duplicate,Image,Mirror,Image,Flip

Give both a dropshadow

Copy and paste the flair1

Resize 40%

Add a light dropshadow of choice

Copy and paste a stickpin of choice

Resize 40%

Place on top of flair

Scoot down a bit

Take your eraser tool and remove any hanging over onto the flair

(see mine for reference)

Now take your Airbrush tool (Size 2)

And draw a small black line on the bottom of the stickpin

(This will make it took as if the stickpin is going through the flower)

Copy and paste wordart heart

Resize 30%

Place on top right side of tag

Add a dropshadow of choice

Copy and paste bear5

Resize 30%

Place on the side of the flair

Dropshadow of choice

Now Add your Name and Copyright Info!!
